Repairing is caring
We want you to love your 3QUARTERS products. We handcraft everything carefully, test it thoroughly and do our best for them to have a long life. Our fabrics are sturdy and waterproof, we use the best components and employ the highest standards in making each one of our products.
Nothing lasts forever though; materials age, and components break. That’s why we offer product repairs, free of charge. All our products are made to be repairable and most parts can be replaced easily. Repairing is caring and we want to keep our products in circulation for as long as possible.
All that’s needed is to get our hands on it. If you’re in Athens, drop by our flagship store. Otherwise, get in touch and we’ll arrange to have it sent to us (at your expense). We’ll take it from there. If a product is beyond repair, don’t forget our sister program Project Zero!
How does it work?
Help!
Drop us a message with a photo of the patient and tell us what's happening. If it's fixable, send your old 3QUARTERS bag back to us for a look up. Alternatively you can drop it off in our flagship store in Athens.
Hmmmm...
Upon receiving it, we'll examine it thoroughly. We'll take it apart, fix or replace any damage, give it a thorough bath and massage and put it all up again.
Off it goes!
When everything is done, we'll send the spring chicken back to you free of charge. And off you go to new adventures!
